Ikeja Electric Plc on Wednesday said there would be an interference of energy supply to a few sections of Lagos from November 3 to 10.


Head, Corporate Communications, Mr. Felix Ofulue, said in Lagos that the blackout was a piece of the vital endeavors to enhance control supply to purchasers over the system.

Ofulue said in an announcement in Lagos that the organization would do an entire recovery of Maryland Injection Substation.

He said this would include the substitution of out of date switch adapt boards at the switch room.

"The restoration will influence control supply to Mende, Anthony, Maryland, Ikeja GRA, Shonibare Estate, parts of Ojota, Ketu, Ikosi, Demurin and environs.

"Power supply will be reestablished quickly after the finrishing of the activity.

Ofulue said IE had set up plans to guarantee that the recovery was finished inside the stipulated time.
